L’adjoint/e administratif/va est responsable d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle aux producteurs, aux productrices et aux clients de la Fédération. Ce dernier assure un soutien administratif, principalement à l’équipe du Centre d’emploi agricole, de l’Agroenvironnement et à l’Aménagement. La ressource connaît la nature des services et reste flexible afin de s’impliquer dans différents dossiers. Elle effectue du classement, compile des données et prépare des listes, des formulaires et des rapports. En collaboration avec son/sa supérieure, elle supporte différents collègues dans leurs activités quotidiennes, tout en veillant au bon déroulement de la gestion de ses priorités.

Responsabilités :
•    La personne est la ressource stratégique unique qui est le premier sourire que les clients voient et entendent lorsqu’ils nous visitent ou lorsqu’ils nous contactent. Cette personne collabore avec tous les services et se doit de bien orienter la clientèle.
•    Elle apporte un support administratif inégalé au niveau des demandes de travailleurs étrangers temporaires, de la facturation de divers projets et services, du traitement de documents gouvernementaux (informatiques et papier), de la réalisation de publipostages, des suivis clients (téléphoniques ou par courriel), etc.
•    Elle fixe et confirme des rendez-vous, des réunions, des formations pour différents dossiers de l’UPA Mauricie.
•    La ressource est à l’aise avec les plateformes de travail informatiques et les médias sociaux ; elle collabore à faire briller la Fédération de l’UPA Mauricie et ses services dans le cadre de différentes missions.
•    Elle aide à l’organisation d’événements, de réunions ou de voyages : réalise des soumissions, prépare les salles de même que le matériel requis (équipement audiovisuel, fournitures, service de boisson et de nourriture).
•    La personne saisit régulièrement des informations dans différentes bases de données.
•    Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Exigences du poste :
• Très bonne connaissance de la Suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Maitrise des outils de collaboration en ligne, de gestion de contenu web et des médias sociaux
