Un service d'activité valorisante du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 16h, un service de garde durant les journées tempête et un camp de jour spécialisé durant la période estivale. Nous accueillons une clientèle de 5 à 99 ans.

Description de l’offre d’emploi

Sous la supervision de la direction, l’adjointe administrative fournit un soutien administratif polyvalent à l’équipe incluant la révision linguistique et rédactionnelle des documents.

• Répondre aux demandes de renseignements reçues par courriel et effectuer les suivis ;
• Tenir à jour les différents registres de l’organisme ;
• Assister l’équipe de gestion dans la collecte et la compilation de données à des fins
statistiques et de reddition de comptes ;
• Maintenir un système de classement – papier et électronique – efficace de la
correspondance, des divers documents et des dossiers et veiller à en préserver la
confidentialité ;
• Collaborer avec l’équipe de gestion à la production de rapports ;
• Rassembler les pièces justificatives nécessaires à la tenue de livres,
• préparée, produire et envoyer les reçus fiscaux aux donateurs et aux membres ;
• Calculer, préparer et émettre des documents associés aux comptes, tels que des factures,
des états de compte et d'autres relevés financiers, en utilisant des systèmes informatisés ;
• Coder, totaliser, réunir en lots, consigner dans un registre ou saisir à l'ordinateur, et vérifier
et rapprocher des transactions, telles que les comptes fournisseurs et clients, la paye, les
commandes, les chèques, les factures, les demandes de chèques et les relevés bancaires;
• Compiler les données et documents budgétaires ;
• Préparer des relevés ou rapports financiers périodiques ;
• Répondre aux demandes d'information des clients, entretenir de bons rapports avec les
clients et résoudre des problèmes ;
• Effectuer d'autres tâches de bureau connexes, telles que le traitement de texte, la tenue de
dossiers et du classement ;
• Assister aux rencontres d’équipe.
• Rédiger des documents simples tels des lettres de remerciements, des invitations, des
textes promotionnels, pour la signature de la direction ou proposer des ébauches de texte
pour les documents plus complexes.
