Votre rôle au sein de notre équipe :

1- Support dans la préparation des offres de service

Coordonner le processus des offres de services, de la réception de l’appel d’offres jusqu’au dépôt final ;
Maintenir et enrichir les outils de production (banques de textes, profils d’employés, fiches de projets, méthodologies types, etc.) ;
Veiller à l’amélioration continue du processus de rédaction et de coordination des offres.

2-Conseiller.ère en communication corporative

Collaborer étroitement avec les chargés de projets et ingénieurs pour comprendre nos services, nos projets et nos forces distinctives et proposer des communications stratégique contribuant au rayonnement de l'image corporative ;
Participer à l'organisation des événements internes (activités d’équipe, célébrations, rencontres) afin de renforcer la cohésion, la communication et le sentiment d’appartenance ;
Jouer un rôle de liaison entre les équipes internes pour saisir les projets en cours, les réussites et les innovations, et les mettre en valeur auprès de nos clients et partenaires.

3- Administration générale

Support administratif dans l'ouverture des dossiers clients ;
Apporter un soutien administratif aux gestionnaires de projets (organisation, suivi documentaire, correspondances) ;
Réviser la qualité du français et mettre en page les rapports techniques ou tous documents officiels afin d’en assurer la clarté, la qualité et la conformité aux standards de l’entreprise.
