\nResponsabilités \n

Gérer l'agenda: prise de rendez-vous, réservation de salles, envoi d'invitations aux clients, coordination logistique des réunions et suivis avec les participants.\n\t
Gérer les courriels de l'associé en assurant un suivi efficace.\n\t
Gérer les comptes de dépenses de l'associé.\n\t
Traiter la facturation : saisie, vérification, intégration et suivis nécessaires.\n\t
Coordonner avec les clients, partenaires et collaborateurs, tout en effectuant les suivis requis.\n\t
Gérer un volume important de documents : réception, numérisation, classement et envoi.\n\t
Réviser, rédiger et formater des documents : lettres de mandat, mémos, etc.\n\t
Créer et gérer les dossiers clients\n\t
Assurer la gestion du courrier : réception et envoi postal.\n\t
Concevoir et mettre en page des présentations PowerPoint.\n\t
Réaliser diverses tâches administratives : ouverture de dossiers clients, recherche interne, mise à jour des bases de données, remplacement à la réception, et soutien à l’équipe administrative.\n

DEC en administration ou autre domaine pertinent\n\t
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire \n\t
Expérience en cabinet comptable ou professionnel un atout certain\n\t
Très bonne maitrise Ms Office, expert PowerPoint (beaucoup de présentations pour l’associé)\n\t
Excellente maitrise du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit \n\t
