Attribution

Son rôle consistera notamment à :

coordonner la logistique de certaines activités (ex. : rencontres, reconnaissance du personnel, campagne d’Entraide, etc.);
planifier et préparer la documentation pour diverses réunions;
effectuer le suivi des mandats et faire des rappels ponctuels, au besoin, aux responsables de ces mandats en vue d’assurer le respect des échéances;
gérer l’agenda électronique et la boîte courriel de la directrice générale;
vérifier la conformité des demandes de remboursement de frais de déplacement et celle des feuilles de temps présentées à la directrice.
