Administrative Technician

Responsibilities:

 * Administrative and reception including
telephone/emails/correspondents
 * Creation and scheduling of shipments
 * Order processing and fulfillment
 * Develop and implement organized filing systems
 * Quality management
 * Perform all other company related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

 * Previous experience in office administration or other related
fields
 * Previous experience in a clinical/cryogenic laboratory (willing to
train)
 * Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment with a
team and individually
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, French speaking
an asset
 * Strong attention to detail with efficiency
 * ​Strong organizational skills
 * Reliable and punctual a must!

Part-time with growth potential based on performance.
