En tant que Agent administratif, vous jouez un rôle pivot entre les activités de vente et la rigueur administrative.

Vos tâches principales se concentrent sur :

Évaluer, proposer et appliquer de nouvelles méthodes de travail pour améliorer l'efficacité administrative et le soutien aux ventes.

Prioriser les tâches et les projets, en veillant au respect des délais.

Analyser, préparer et gérer le budget opérationnel et les contrats (acquisition de fournitures et de services).

Coordonner et planifier les services administratifs (attribution du travail, évaluation des besoins, etc.).

Analyser des opérations administratives liées au cycle de vente (de la prospection à la facturation) pour identifier des goulots d'étranglement ou des inefficacités.

Compiler, analyser et synthétiser des données relatives à l'activité des clients (utilisation du CRM, performance des représentants, potentiel des clients potentiels) pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques.

Rédiger des rapports d'analyse, des manuels de procédures de support aux ventes et la correspondance professionnelle.

Appliquer les politiques et les pratiques sur la divulgation et la confidentialité des dossiers clients, conformément aux lois en vigueur.
