Responsabilités

Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et diriger les demandes aux personnes responsables.

Accueillir les clients au bureau et offrir un service courtois et professionnel.

Gérer les courriels et répondre aux messages provenant des différentes plateformes clients.

Préparer et mettre à jour divers documents administratifs (contrats, formulaires, dossiers clients).

Effectuer l’entrée de données dans les systèmes internes.

Assurer le suivi des demandes des clients et en faire le retour au besoin.

Soutenir l’équipe dans des tâches administratives variées, incluant le soutien aux opérations de déneigement pour le service à la clientèle.

Compétences recherchées

Très bonne maîtrise de l’informatique ou capacité à apprendre rapidement différents logiciels.

Excellente communication en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Sens développé du service à la clientèle.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément et à travailler de manière organisée.

Autonomie, discrétion, ponctualité et fiabilité.

Connaissance des outils en nuage (OneDrive, Google Drive).
