La gigogne,, organisme à but non lucratif, est à la recherche d’une technicienne en comptabilité afin d’assurer la comptabilité régulière de l’organisme. La personne retenue relèvera directement de la directrice générale et travaillera de façon autonome.

Principales responsabilités

Effectuer la saisie des factures et des écritures comptables

Assurer les paiements mensuels (fournisseurs, charges, etc.)

Effectuer les fins de mois

Tenir à jour les dossiers comptables de l’organisme

Soutenir la direction dans le suivi financier courant

Exigences

Formation en comptabilité ou expérience équivalente

Très bonne connaissance du logiciel Acomba (obligatoire)

Expérience en comptabilité d’un OBNL (un atout)

Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation

Discrétion et professionnalisme

Conditions de travail

Poste à temps partiel : 16 heures par semaine

Horaire flexible, à discuter
