Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle-clé dans le soutien aux entreprises de la MRC du Rocher-Percé, située dans la belle région de la Gaspésie–Îles de la Madeleine? Vous êtes une personne sociable, proactive, organisée et rigoureuse qui possède des aptitudes tant pour l’analyse des demandes que pour la gestion des dossiers administratifs?

Devenez agente ou agent d’aide aux services aux entreprises au ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, au bureau de Services Québec de Chandler.

Votre rôle consistera à

•    effectuer du démarcharge auprès des entreprises et des organismes du milieu et à participer activement à la promotion et à la gestion des programmes, mesures et services offerts par Services Québec, notamment le Programme d’apprentissage en milieu de travail, les programmes de qualification obligatoire, la mesure Subvention salariale, etc;
•    effectuer les recherches et démarches requises afin d’assurer un appariement entre les besoins du marché du travail et ceux des chercheurs d’emploi;
•    soutenir l’intégration et le maintien en emploi de la clientèle bénéficiant de certaines mesures de Services Québec;
•    réaliser des visites en entreprise pour assurer le bon déroulement des ententes;
•    travailler en étroite collaboration avec la conseillère ou le conseiller aux entreprises, l’équipe du bureau de Services Québec de Chandler et les différents partenaires du milieu;
•    contribuer aux activités quotidiennes du bureau en assurant le soutien opérationnel et le suivi financier requis.
