Account Manager - Food Service / Industrial

Purpose of the position:

As an Account Manager - Food Service / Industrial at Maison Riviera, you will play a key role in managing and developing our portfolio of clients in the restaurant and food industry. You will be the main point of contact for our clients and the broker, working closely with our internal teams to drive sales growth.

 

Main Duties:

As an Account Executive – Food Service / Industrial, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Sales Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Broker Management: Establish priorities with the broker and complete quarterly reviews to communicate results.
  • Market Knowledge: Closely monitor market trends, competition, and client needs to adapt our Product and service offerings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Develop competitive business proposals, negotiate agreements, and conclude contracts with clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the production, logistics, quality, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.
  • Buying Trade Shows: Organize or assist the broker at industry events and buying trade shows.

 

Required Profile:

To be considered the ideal candidate for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • 5 years of professional management experience Broker and/or Food Service Sales Development.
  • Proven ability to achieve results and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional efficiency, organizational skills, and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written, is essential.
