Description du poste

Relevant de la superviseure aux comptes payables, le commis à la réception des services aura la charge de créer les feuilles d’entrées de services pour approbation. Il travaillera selon un horaire 5-2 en mode hybride au bureau de Montréal.

Tâches et responsabilités

Respecter en tout temps les politiques et règles en matière de santé-sécurité du travail et d’environnement;
Faire la création des feuilles d’entrées de services dans SAP. Saisie de données;
Assurer un suivi des feuilles d’entrées préparées et non-approuvées;
Assurer une bonne communication avec le département des achats et de la comptabilité;
Vérifier les renseignements consignés pour veiller à ce que les données soient exactes et complètes, détecter et corriger les erreurs;
Veiller au respect des règles et politiques comptables et financières;
Collaborer avec d'autres services afin de garantir l'établissement de rapports précis et opportuns.
Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise ;
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe pertinente à la réussite du projet.
