Responsabilités principales

Gérer les comptes payables et les comptes de cartes de crédit.
Effectuer et superviser le cycle complet de comptabilité.
Superviser les comptes recevables.
Revoir et améliorer les procédures comptables pour optimiser l’efficacité.
Saisir et organiser les données dans le système Sage50 et autres outils internes.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au poste, selon les besoins.

Profil recherché

Détenir un diplôme en comptabilité, administration ou domaine connexe (DEC ou équivalent).
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité et administration, idéalement comme bras droit dans une PME ou en support à la direction.
Expérience dans la gestion de plusieurs entités et la coordination de processus financiers et opérationnels.
Fortes compétences en comptabilité : comptes payables et recevables, TPS/TVQ, et conciliations bancaires.
Maîtrise du français et anglais avancé pour soutenir les opérations.
