Description du poste
Le commis au classement joue un rôle essentiel dans la bonne gestion documentaire des organisations. Il est responsable d’assurer l’organisation, la validation et la mise à jour des documents selon les procédures établies. Il participe activement au suivi, au repérage et au classement des dossiers dans les systèmes et voûtes prévues à cet effet. Sous la supervision d’un chargé de projet, il veille à la conformité, à la qualité et à la sécurité de l’information, tout en appliquant les règles de gestion documentaire et les normes de confidentialité en vigueur.

Responsabilités principales

Effectuer la prise d’inventaire des documents et en assurer le suivi dans une base de données (principalement Excel).

Valider l’état des dossiers (ouverts, fermés ou à transférer) dans les portails ou systèmes de gestion documentaire.

Sortir, classer et localiser les dossiers selon des listes préétablies.

Appliquer rigoureusement les règles et procédures de gestion documentaire.

Collaborer avec l’équipe de travail pour assurer la fluidité des opérations et le respect des échéanciers.

Maintenir un environnement de travail ordonné et sécuritaire.

Respecter la confidentialité des documents manipulés.
