Une flotte impressionnante pour desservir un immense territoire

Ne ménageant ni les efforts ni les initiatives pour satisfaire une vaste clientèle, les dirigeants de transport Gilmyr peuvent aujourd'hui compter sur une impressionnante flotte de 140 camions répartis dans quatre divisions .
Pour opérer ces nombreux camions, Transport Gilmyr emploie près de 140 chauffeurs chevronnés, dont certains à temps partiel. À ces effectifs, il faut ajouter près de 95 travailleurs qui œuvrent dans les bureaux, dans le garage de Montmagny et aux quais de chargement.

Transport Gilmyr recherche un commis de bureau/aide à la répartition à notre terminal de Montmagny. Tu es dynamique et minutieux? Le service à la clientèle est primordial pour toi? Nous avons ce qu'il te faut!

Description du poste

Saisir des commandes dans le système informatique (Unicom);
Prendre des rendez-vous de livraisons et/ou cueillettes chez les clients;
Faire le suivi des livraisons et des cueillettes auprès des clients à leur demande;
Assigner les voyages dans le système informatique et les communiquer aux chauffeurs;
Préparer les enveloppes de départs des chauffeurs;
Mettre à jour des fichiers Excel;
Supporter le répartiteur et les membres de son équipe.

Exigences et qualifications

Posséder une grande capacité d'adaptation aux changements fréquents et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle;
Être capable de gérer efficacement son stress;
Anglais fonctionnel (pour servir nos clients anglophones);
Posséder de bonnes habiletés de communication, un bon sens de l'organisation, de la planification et une facilité avec le travail d'équipe;
Être à l'aise pour travailler dans un environnement informatisé;
Être disponible pour travailler selon un horaire de jour, du lundi au vendredi.
