communautaire à la population de Saint-Damien (Lanaudière), et tout
particulièrement auprès de personnes en situation de vulnérabilité.
Lieu d’échange et de partage privilégié dans le village, ses services
les plus populaires sont les paniers alimentaires, les ateliers
culinaires, la friperie et articles usagés à petit prix, un café-rencontre,
un frigo-partage, des cliniques d’impôt, etc. Cinq employés
permanents ainsi que la participation extraordinaire d’une quarantaine
de bénévoles rendent possible la mise en œuvre de cette magnifique
mission.

Description de l’offre d’emploi

En collaboration avec le conseil d’administration, le titulaire planifie, coordonne et administre le quotidien et les services adaptés aux différentes clientèles de l’organisme, notamment celles en situation de vulnérabilité.

Défis et responsabilités :

• Mobiliser et soutenir l’enthousiasme de 5 employées expérimentées et d’une quarantaine de bénévoles dans un climat de concertation, de responsabilisation et de confiance.

• Coordonner et animer les divers comités de travail et groupes de consultation.

• Développer et voir à la mise en œuvre de services et de projets structurants.

• En collaboration étroite avec le conseil d’administration et une ressource comptable externe, assurer une gestion optimale des ressources financières, matérielles et immobilières.

• Voir au développement et au renouvellement de l’adhésion des membres de l’organisme.

• Accroître les sources de revenus par la recherche de subventions et effectuer les suivis et la reddition de compte auprès des organismes subventionnaires.

• Assurer l’approvisionnement en denrées des paniers alimentaires et des aides urgentes, et voir à la rotation des stocks des denrées périssables.

• Offrir du soutien personnalisé (relation d’aide, références de services) auprès de la clientèle vulnérable.

• Représenter les intérêts et faire la promotion de l’organisme auprès de la communauté, des partenaires (Centraide, Moisson Lanaudière, CLSC, etc.) et des instances de concertation.

• Mettre à jour et gérer le site web et les réseaux sociaux.

• Informer et assister le conseil d’administration dans son rôle.

Exigences :

• Diplôme en administration, en travail social ou toute autre formation pertinente en lien avec le poste.

Expérience de gestion, de coordination ou de direction d’un OBNL, préférablement dans un organisme de bienfaisance au service d’une communauté.

• Leadership en mode consultatif et aptitudes en gestion participative.

• Compétences en relation interpersonnelle et en relation d’aide, en service à la clientèle et en réseautage communautaire.

• Solides habiletés en communication, tant verbale qu’écrite.

Sens de l’organisation et facilité à coordonner en simultané des projets variés.

• Expériences de demandes de subvention et aptitudes en suivi budgétaire. • (Atout) Expérience auprès de personnes en situation de vulnérabilité.

(Atout) Bonne connaissance de la Suite Office et de l'utilisation de l'environnement Google Drive.
