Valko Électrique inc. est une entreprise familiale bien établie à Repentigny depuis 1987. Nous recherchons une personne proactive, organisée et motivée à apprendre pour se joindre à notre équipe à titre de coordonnateur.trice au département de service.

Ce poste clé te place au cœur de la coordination quotidienne des appels de service, en collaboration avec le Directeur du service et une équipe d’électriciens. Tu répondras aux clients, planifieras les interventions, appuieras les chargés de projet et contribueras au bon déroulement des travaux.

Tes principales responsabilités

Répondre aux appels de service, répartir les demandes selon les priorités et planifier l’horaire des électriciens;
Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle et résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive;
Soutenir le département sur le plan administratif, notamment pour la facturation, le suivi des comptes recevables, la préparation des commandes et l’envoi des soumissions;
Maintenir une communication fluide entre les clients, les électriciens et les chargés de projet pour assurer le bon déroulement des interventions;
Effectuer diverses tâches administratives connexes afin de soutenir efficacement le fonctionnement du département.

Qualifications

Expérience dans un poste similaire ou dans un rôle combinant coordination, administration et service client;
DEP en comptabilité, DEC en administration, ou formation équivalente;
Connaissance du domaine électrique ou de la construction (un atout, mais pas obligatoire pour les candidats motivés à apprendre);
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et capacité à s’adapter à de nouveaux logiciels.
