Vos responsabilités principales :
•    Faire la facturation et les suivis des comptes recevables ;
•    Porter assistance aux chargés de projet avec les commandes à grand volume, transfert des soumissions, correction des lettres et des soumissions, etc.) ;
•    Concevoir les horaires et coordonner les projets du service (soutenir le directeur du service) ;
•    Prendre les appels (des clients et des électriciens lorsque des besoins se présentent) ;
•    Servir la clientèle (communiquer avec les clients, prise des informations) ;
•    Support aux équipes internes et tâches connexes;

Ce que nous recherchons
•     Minimum 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire ;
•     Formation en bureautique, secretariat ou techniques administratives
•    Connaissance en électricité (un atout) ;
•     Personne méthodique, rigoureuse, autonome et organisée, avec le souci du détail;
