Sommaire

Sous la responsabilité du directeur centre d'excellence le titulaire du poste est responsable de coordonner, mesurer et améliorer le processus et les outils assurant l’exécution complète de réponses aux demandes de soumission client. Il prépare les soumissions d’opportunités d’affaires proposées par nos clients et s’assure de mesurer et présenter l’adhérence au plan d’affaires initial. Il doit également faire le suivi et présenter les rendements financiers des contrats en cours.

Compétences & qualifications recherchées

Diplôme d’études collégiales en génie mécanique, industriel ou tout autre domaine connexe combiné à une expérience minimale de 6 ans dans un poste similaire;
Maîtrise de la suite Office;
Bonne connaissance du domaine manufacturier ou de l’usinage;
Bilinguisme essentiel (pour communication avec clients anglophones);
Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et devis techniques;
Maîtrise de base des principes comptables;
Gestion des priorités efficaces;
Rigueur et exactitude;

Tâches et responsabilités

Effectuer le traitement complet des soumissions et élaborer les procédés de fabrication préliminaire, en collaboration avec divers départements de l’entreprise;
Construire le plan d’affaires («business case») en estimant les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des pièces ainsi qu’en élaborant une analyse de rentabilisation;
Participer aux diverses réunions hebdomadaires;
Analyser les demandes de soumissions afin d’en vérifier la faisabilité ainsi que la profitabilité en se référant aux directeurs de programmes, tout en s’assurant du respect des procédures internes et;
Assister les directeurs de programmes dans certaines de leurs tâches, notamment celles se rattachant aux communications avec les clients, au besoin;
Accomplir diverses tâches afin de supporter les activités d’industrialisation;
Participer aux travaux d’amélioration continue et voir à toujours améliorer les méthodes de travail et façons de faire;
