Your responsibilities in a few words!

Provide quality administrative and technological support for the Kenova company, reporting any potential problems to their immediate superior - Compile the necessary data, produce periodic reports and perform analyzes - Participate in the documentation of operational procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize efficiency - Develop and administer, as necessary, surveys to collect internal information - Prepare computer equipment for the arrival of new employees and configure their system in collaboration with our external IT firm - Engage in various additional responsibilities depending on business needs, which may include managing special projects or one-off initiatives.

Your assets for this position!

  • DEC, AEC, technical or BAC in administration or technology or related.
  • Proficiency in office tools, notably Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent (Google Sheets, Docs)
  • Great comfort with technology.
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills, proactivity, resourcefulness, teamwork, curiosity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French and ideally also in English.
