Mains de l’Espoir de Charlevoix a pour mission d’accompagner, soutenir et offrir des services aux personnes atteintes de cancer, leurs familles et leurs proches.

VOS PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS?

Accueillir la clientèle, effectuer la gestion et la répartition des appels téléphoniques et du courrier
Prendre les appels téléphoniques, effectuer le suivi des messages vocaux
Assurer la gestion des activités courantes du transport, prendre les réservations, assurer le suivi des demandes et la répartition des transports
Fournir aux conducteurs-bénévoles les renseignements et les documents nécessaires pour les voyages à effectuer
Planifier les parcours, vérifier, valider et tenir à jour les données relatives aux déplacements et assurer le suivi auprès des chauffeurs
Fournir du soutien à l’équipe en place
Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe à la fonction
Lieu de travail : siège social (La Malbaie)
