The challenge?
Reporting to the Director, Business Development, this position involves :
Proactively preparing responses to Requests for Proposals/Information in collaboration with the various departments.
Assist engineers in creating presentations for strategic customers
Work in close collaboration with the Business Development Manager on documentation and necessary follow-up analysis related to major proposals/tenders.
This position may, on occasion, require working on special projects assigned by the Business Development Director to ensure other objectives are met.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
You have a degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
5 years' experience in responding to requests for proposals/calls for tender
Effective management of time and priorities
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrate initiative in problem management
Ability to work without supervision
Excellent communication skills in both official languages
Spanish would be an asset
