PROFIL DES TÂCHES :
Relatif au support informatique :

Effectue la première configuration des postes informatiques (création des utilisateurs, courriel, accès informatique);
S’assurer d’offrir aux employés l’équipements nécessaires en lien avec la politique de télétravail;
Prendre connaissance des problématiques informatiques que rencontrent les employés;
Fourni du support de base sur les problématiques informatiques (mises à jour, affichage, mot de passe, etc.);
Créer des outils d’accompagnement pour les questions les plus fréquemment posées;
Référer au support TI externe, les demandes ne pouvant être régler à l’interne;
Faire l’installation de logiciels connus et approuvés par l’entreprise;
Être responsable de l’entretien des équipements (système téléphonique, photocopieur, imprimante, etc.);
Participer à la gestion de l’inventaire matériel des équipements informatiques.

Relatif aux tâches administratives :

Gérer des listes de courriels de distribution et des postes téléphonique;
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements reçus par téléphone et par courrier électronique;
Préparer des commandes de papeterie;
S’occuper de la gestion des systèmes de courrier;
Préparer des bordereaux de dépôt et gestion de la petite caisse;
Préparer les soirées pour le conseil d’administration (commander repas et placer la salle);
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en techniques de bureautique ou toute combinaison de scolarité et d’expérience jugée équivalente.
Au moins trois (3) années d’expérience pertinentes;
