Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the complete management of the organization's accounting operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Performing daily bookkeeping
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing payroll, government remittances, T4s, and Relevé 1s
Perform bank reconciliations
Produce various accounting reports
Participate in the preparation of the audit file
Control and reconcile the inventory of concessions
Contribute to any other task essential to the proper financial functioning of the organization
DEC in Accounting or equivalent training
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
Proficient in Acomba, Excel, and Office 365
Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and functional English
Rigorous, discreet, and responsible
Autonomous and excellent at prioritizing tasks
👉 During the summer period, the volume of Transactions increase considerably: your organizational skills and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances will be key assets.
Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday
