Description de l’offre d’emploi

Sous la responsabilité du Président Directeur général, le/la technicien(ne) en administration a pour mission d’effectuer la gestion des dossiers, offrir un service à la clientèle impeccable et soutenir l’équipe administrative

Accueil et réception des appels téléphoniques.
Prendre en charge les appels de services.
Soutien administratif : Fournir un soutien administratif aux équipes en place.
Gestion financière: Gérer les comptes payables, Traiter les comptes de dépenses ainsi que les cartes de crédit, Assurer le suivi des comptes recevables, Effectuer les conciliations bancaires, Collecter les comptes clients, au besoin, Supporter la préparation et l'écriture des dossiers de fin de mois et de fin d'année, Ouvrir les nouveaux comptes clients dans nos divers logiciels, Participer à la gestion des paies des employés, Envoyer les états de comptes aux clients, Demander et valider les états de comptes des fournisseurs, Assurer le suivi du processus interne de classement automatisé.
Saisie de données et classement : Saisie de données dans des bases de données ou des systèmes informatiques, Classement de documents et maintenance de dossiers organisés, Envoi des sondages TNR.
Collaboration avec d'autres équipes : Collaborer avec d'autres équipes pour coordonner les activités administratives, Fournir un support aux équipes en fonction des besoins.
