Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) technicien(ne) en administration pour un poste à temps plein. La personne retenue aura un rôle central au sein de l’organisation et participera activement aux opérations administratives, à la facturation, au suivi des achats, à la gestion des contrats et à l’envoi des états de compte mensuels.
La langue anglaise est requise pour les communications avec nos clients et fournisseurs (suivi de contrats de support, recherches internet, etc.)

Responsabilités principales
Support administratif
Effectuer la facturation.
Gérer les stocks et l’acquisition de biens et services.
Produire divers rapports, documents et tableaux de suivi.
Assurer le suivi des contrats de support.

Coordination et organisation
Assurer le suivi des feuilles de temps des employés.
Coordonner l’exécution de tâches et de travaux à caractère administratif.

Gestion des ressources humaines
Traiter les dossiers des employés (excluant la paie).
Participer aux processus de dotation.
Agir comme intermédiaire pour les informations liées aux ressources humaines.
Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe.
