Le(la) technicien(ne) en gestion documentaire joue un rôle clé dans l’organisation, la manipulation et le traitement des documents physiques et numériques. Vous serez responsable de soutenir nos équipes dans diverses tâches de classement, d’archivage, de numérisation et de gestion de l’information, tout en respectant les normes internes et les procédures de sécurité.

Responsabilités principales

Trier, classer et organiser les documents selon les directives établies.

Numériser les documents physiques, vérifier la qualité des images et assurer le transfert vers les systèmes appropriés.

Participer au rangement, à la gestion et au maintien des espaces d’archives.

Assurer l’étiquetage et l’identification des dossiers pour une récupération efficace.

Répondre aux demandes internes de recherche ou de consultation de documents.

Respecter les protocoles de sécurité, de confidentialité et de conservation documentaire.

Collaborer à des projets simples : inventaires, tri massif, réaménagement d’espaces d’archives.

Signaler toute irrégularité ou incohérence rencontrée dans les documents ou les systèmes.
