Under the supervision of the Director of the Information and Communications Technology Service, the chosen person responds and deals with the requests for technical support sent to the TI service. The main and usual role of the person occupying this position is to carry out technical work relating to the operation of networks, computers and peripherals and to provide technical support to users.

Main functions:

  • Ensure installation, configuration, preventive maintenance and the proper functioning of the computer fleet;
  • Perform security and quality tests and controls;
  • Install, configure, test and update software;
  • Ensure technical support for users;
  • Diagnose and treat incidents;
  • Write procedures and various technical documents;
  • Perform any other related task, according to the employer's needs.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Hold an AEC/DEP or DEC diploma in computer techniques;
  • Hold a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Master the Windows 10 environment and Windows Server 2012 R2 and/or subsequent versions;
  • Master the Microsoft Office 365 suite;
  • Know the TCP/IP networks;
  • Master French and English, both oral and written;
  • Ensure technical support in the evening or weekends when necessary;
  • Know how to give good customer service with tact and courtesy.
