On a daily basis, you will be called to work with different files, portals, and internal requests to ensure that data and special requests are processed correctly.

Your main responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- processing pricing files received from various clients or partners;
- validating the accuracy of prices according to established procedures;
- entering and correcting data in the systems;
- opening and tracking request tickets in different portals;
- ensuring that requests have been validated by the right people;
- adhering to the approval steps specific to each source or client;
- collaborating with direct team members and other departments;
- reporting discrepancies, errors, or requests that do not comply with procedures;
- contributing to maintaining reliable data in a high-volume context.
