SALARY: Class 3 - $24.10 / hour;
SCHEDULE: 33 hours per week, from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM

DURATION: May 6, 2026, to August 21, 2026
According to established methods, performs various complex tasks but involving the execution of rather routine tasks. This position requires practical experience in a typical field of activities and/or basic knowledge in accounting.
More specifically:
- Assist in processing grant applications for individuals aged 65 and over under regulation L-12221;
- Draft emails, make follow-up phone calls, and perform data entry;
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Have completed at least one year of a accounting and management technique or administration or any other relevant field by the end of the winter 2026 session;
- Be a full-time student in the winter 2026 session;
- Have at least six (6) months of customer service experience;
- Have a perfect command of written French;
- Master the Microsoft Office suite;
- Customer-oriented
- Be organized
- Know how to work in a team
- Attention to detail
