actively participate in a variety of tasks: payroll, monthly accounting, GST/QST, seasonal tax returns, and support the onboarding of new colleagues.

Process payroll and monitor payroll files.
Maintain monthly accounting records and prepare GST/QST reports.
Provide customer service: respond to emails, track correspondence, and process requests.
During tax season: assist in preparing tax returns and mentor new employees.
Maintain a high standard of quality, meet deadlines, and demonstrate professional judgment and adaptability. and stress tolerance.
Excellent command of spoken French, acceptable average writing skills.
Sound judgment, a quick learner, adaptability, and a good sense of priorities.
A rigorous, organized, service-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating.
Prior experience in accounting or payroll is an asset (0-2 years of experience acceptable).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and an interest in accounting tools.
