Notre client, une organisation solidement implantée à Montréal, est à la recherche d’un·e Adjoint·e exécutif·ve au Président pour soutenir sa présidence.
\nUne expérience confirmée en prise de notes et en rédaction de procès-verbaux est requise pour ce poste.

\nVos responsabilités:

Assurer un soutien administratif étroit à la présidente;
Organiser, coordonner et participer aux réunions du comité exécutif et aux assemblées générales;
Prendre les notes et rédiger les procès-verbaux;
Produire, réviser et corriger divers documents (cahiers budgétaires, infolettres, mémos, correspondance officielle, etc.)
Assurer le suivi rigoureux des dossiers;
Contribuer à l’organisation d’événements; (ex. activités de réseautage)
Travailler dans un environnement nécessitant discrétion et professionnalisme;
Toute autre tache connexe.

Expérience pertinente dans un environnement structuré ;
Excellente maîtrise du français écrit ;
