The Director, Finance and Administration reports to the President and CEO and is responsible for managing all of the organization's economic activities. A member of the Group's Management Committee, they provide strategic leadership in the development and management of the company. Working with their team of 8 people (composed of a Controller, Accounting Technicians and Clerks, a Business Analyst, and a Payroll Technician), they participate in operational management with a view to continuous improvement, in addition to ensuring the optimization of performance, profitability, and growth of the company's 4 production units.
