Our client is a very well-established Canadian company with offices on the North Shore.

As part of its growth, they are looking for a tender manager

The challenge?

Reporting to the Director,Business Development, this position involves:

• Proactively preparing responses to Requests for Proposals/Information in collaboration with the various departments
• Assisting engineers in creating presentations for strategic customers
• Working closely with the Director of Business Development on the necessary documentation and follow-up analyses related to major proposals/calls for offers
• This position may, on occasion, require working on special projects assigned by the Business Development Director to ensure the achievement of other objectives.

Can you take on the challenge?

You have:  

• Degree in business administration, project management or a related field.
• 5 years of experience responding to requests for quotes/calls for tenders
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrate initiative in problem management
• Ability to work without supervision
• Excellent communication skills in both official languages (international tender context)
• Spanish would be an asset
