What we offer

Conditions

  • Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours/week)
  • Daytime hours, with 1 to 2 evenings/week and 1 to 2 weekends on a rotating basis
  • On-site position

Compensation

As a medical secretary, you are at the heart of the patient experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with professionalism and kindness
  • Manage calls and appointments
  • Advise patients on our services and contribute to their care
  • Handle billing and administrative follow-ups
  • Manage documentation (results, files)
