Legal Assistant in Commercial Law

This law firm, recognized as a leader in the Quebec market, is looking to welcome a legal assistant to its Commercial Law Group.
You will be welcomed by an employer that prioritizes the well-being and professional development of its members. You will find a collaborative culture in which the unique skills of each individual are recognized as an asset that contributes to the success of the firm.

As an assistant in this dynamic legal and commercial team, you will actively support your team in various areas, including intellectual property, commercial leases and transactional law. Your tasks will be to ensure the preparation of documents, the management of deadlines in branding, the follow-up of files, etc. The relationship between assistants and lawyers is crucial: you will be a valuable asset to your team members as well as to the firm!

Profile and qualifications required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial law;
- Advanced word processing skills (Word);
- Rigour, attention to detail, judgment and reasoning;
- Exemplary customer service;
- Teamwork skills;
- Fluency in French, oral and written;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Treat yourself to a warm and friendly working environment, where an active social life within the firm is encouraged through organized activities and events!

You will also have access to competitive benefits, including health and dental insurance for the whole family, accessible virtual care, a pension plan contribution with no annual limit, and many other benefits!

Join this team of passionate professionals, all in a hybrid work environment!

As an equal opportunity employer, Personnel Alter Ego values diversity in its workforce and seeks to ensure all groups remain fairly represented. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Canada.
