Serving the Sainte-Adèle region, Desjardins Marine is a leading company that offers new and used vehicles in the nautical and motorized sector, as well as several other accessories. Desjardins Marine has a workforce of around thirty employees and offers a dynamic and professional work environment.

Description:

Under the authority of the Operations Director, the Service Department Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the activities of the service department which sells repair services, delivery and cleaning of motor vehicles. The main activities of this function are to manage staff and assign tasks to them as well as assess customer needs and resolve complaints.

Skills required:

The ideal candidate must have dynamism and be direct with their employees. He must be comfortable and efficient working in a team. The candidate must know how to manage stress and time, so he must be methodical in planning tasks. It is also preferable to have knowledge of Microsoft Office. French and English required

Education required:

College diploma in administration and knowledge of mechanics of motorized vehicles and watercraft.

Experience required:

Significant experience of around 5 years in management of a department, preferably in a company working in the nautical and motorized sector.
