Publish and distribute job postings on various platforms.
Identify and recruit qualified talents.
Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates over the phone.
Coordinate background checks and pre-employment assessments.
Facilitate the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Conduct research to identify potential candidates on different platforms.
Approach and maintain relationships with candidates through professional networks.
Perform pre-employment verifications and prepare employment contracts.
Education: DEC, BAC, Master, certificate in human resources or equivalent.
Experience: Knowledge or relevant experience in recruitment.
IT Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Linkedin, CRM and ATS.
Personal Qualities: Dynamic, autonomous, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Work 100% remotely with a flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday, between 8 AM and 8 PM).
Compensation:
Commission-based earnings: between $20,000 and $40,000 in the first year.
Potential to exceed $50,000 in commissions from the second year onwards.
Option of a base salary plus a bonus based on performance.
