Logistics and Communications Assistant, President's office

As part of a dynamic and action-oriented team, the position holder works closely with the communications team. He is responsible for the logistical aspect of corporate events, he also offers diversified administrative support to his team and actively collaborates in the smooth running of daily activities.

Responsabilities:

  • Collaborate in the organization and logistics of internal and external activities (internal meetings, corporate events, CEO activities, etc.);
  • Coordinate the preparation of press conferences and edit and send emails, media notices, press releases, etc.;
  • Manage requests for donations and sponsorships by monitoring community commitments;
  • Monitor the budget of the communications department and the CEO's office;
  • Use your Office suite skills by producing documents for your department and linguistically revising them; Administer the general electronic mailbox of the QPA and the communications department, by responding or redirecting requests;

  • Collaborate in managing the agenda and coordinating the CEO's local and international travel;
  • Update and organize the files and the classification system of the general management;
  • Collaborate and offer support during the implementation of the organization's communications plan.

  • An excellent command of the Office suite and are comfortable with technologies in general;
  • An excellent proficiency of French and English, both spoken and written;
  • An ability to manage priorities, process several files simultaneously and work within sometimes short deadlines;
  • A sense of initiative and resourcefulness.
