Job Summary

The Marketing Director plays a central strategic role. Reporting to senior management, they are responsible for defining, deploying, and leading the Group's entire marketing strategy for its three divisions. Their primary mandate is to: Support the organization's rapid growth Ensure optimal utilization rates for professionals and various departments Support the development of new activities and markets Protect and enhance a brand image of excellence This is a high-impact role, combining strategic vision, team leadership, and excellence in execution. Key Responsibilities Marketing Leadership and Governance Lead, structure, and develop the marketing department Mobilize and develop a team high-performing (digital marketing, communications, brand, performance, events, etc.)

Implement modern processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and management tools Manage external partners (agencies, media, specialized firms, consultants)

Marketing Strategy and Brand Image

  • Develop and deploy the overall marketing strategy for the three divisions
  • Ensure the consistency, strength, and evolution of the Lacroix brand across all channels
  • Position the Group as a leading name in private medicine
  • Support brand awareness, reputation, and public relations efforts

Growth, Performance, and Acquisition

  • Develop multi-channel acquisition strategies (digital and traditional)
  • Optimize customer and patient journeys
  • Directly support volume, occupancy, and business development objectives
  • Manage marketing budgets with a strong ROI focus

New business development and expansion

  • Support the launch of new services, clinics, and strategic projects
  • Actively contribute to expansion projects outside the province
  • Conduct market analyses, positioning, and entry strategies

Digital and traditional marketing

  • Oversee all channels: web, media performance, SEO/SEM, social media, content, CRM, automation, traditional media, sponsorships, events, and partnerships
  • Ensure continuous innovation and the adoption of best practices market

Desired Profile

Experience and Education

  • Significant experience (10+ years) in marketing, including several years leading a marketing department in a large organization
  • Experience in a context of rapid growth or organizational transformation, fierce competition, and a complex and sensitive regulatory environment
  • University degree in marketing, administration, or a related field (MBA an asset)

  • Excellent command of digital marketing and traditional media
  • Strong analytical, performance-oriented, and budget management skills with a focus on ROI High
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French and English
