Senior Medical Secretary/ Branch Manager

We are currently looking for a senior secretary who will work in our St-Sauveur clinic! Dynamic and warm environment.

  • Welcome patients;
  • Answer phone calls;
  • Communicate the service offer;
  • Confirm patient appointments;
  • Carry out the accounting of daily payments and end-of-day balancing;
  • Order management and inventory of administrative supplies;
  • Digitization of medical results;
  • Making appointments in specialty;
  • Plan the schedule of secretaries and doctors;
  • Plan tasks and ensure follow-ups;
  • Supervise and coach sales and the achievement of the secretarial team's objectives;
  • Monitor accounts receivable on a daily basis;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the secretarial work done in the clinic;
  • Validate the invoicing made by medical secretaries;
  • Weekly animation of a team meeting;
  • Organization and management of training;
  • Attend different team meetings.

Requirements

  • Have a course in medical or dental secretarial work or equivalent;
  • Experience in a medical clinic;
  • Smile, courtesy, communications;
  • Medical terminology;
  • BIlingual (French/English)
  • Strong skills in advising the services offered;
  • Organizational skills, efficient and able to multitask;
  • Have great autonomy and the skills required for teamwork;
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes;
  • Computer knowledge (Word, Excel);
  • Knowledge of Medesync software (an asset).
