Required profile:

You are a professional with at least 3 years of experience in administrative support in the construction industry. You have the following requirements:

  • Office technology or a vocational diploma in secretarial studies
  • Excellent command of French
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to learn new software

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Deputy Head of the Execution Department, the Deputy Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Assisting project managers in meetings and taking minutes
  • Drafting purchase orders and ensuring their tracking in the register
  • Drafting amendments and updating documentation
  • Ensuring the reception and tracking of various project documents (Revenu Québec, prevention program, employer commitment, and as-built documents)
  • Plan project managers' schedules and monitor commitments
  • Update plans on the software
  • Execute progress billing requests
  • Perform any other duties related to the position
